Preheat oven to 375°F.
Lightly oil pan.
Press loaf evenly into pan and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until temperature reaches 170°F.
Remove pan, let cool, and flip upside-down on cutting board, slice, and serve.
Optional to remove foil 5 minutes before finished cooking, generously glaze with ketchup, and place back in oven uncovered to continue baking for 5 minutes.
