Oil sauté pan and preheat to medium temperature.
Using a spatula, flatten the product into an even, flat layer.
Let cook untouched for 2 minutes or until brown.
Start to break up the product into small clumps with spatula and cook for 1-1/2 minutes or until clumps are firm.
