Hold the Beef™ uses a cholesterol-free combination of sunflower and soybean oils that offers all the flavor you’d expect from beef, but with no trans fat and less than 1g of saturated fat per serving in our burgers and ground product (diets low in saturated fat and cholesterol may reduce the risk of heart disease).
